The Senior Manager HR will be responsible for creating an employee-oriented high performance culture that emphases quality, productivity, goal attainment and empowerment. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will also be responsible for all aspects of HR including employment law, company policy and minimizing business risk.
Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers.
Organize learning and development programs.
Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
Ensure timely performance reviews.
Carry out activities to enable team building across the organization.
Spearhead motivation and recognition programs and activities for employees.
Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
Hands-on experience in Talent Management & Culture Development.
Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
Excellent communication abilities.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
MBA/ MPA in HR or relevant Degree.
Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in core HR.
