In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with the marketing, product and customer success teams to understand 7Vals customers, identify content marketing opportunities, and create and edit dynamic content around our products. All this will be done with a view to strengthening our brand and organic rankings, and optimizing the path to conversion - particularly in North America.
Editorial requirements include an understanding of organic rankings, as well as the ability to structure, develop, edit, distribute, and measure content performance.
Develop editorial governance so that our content is consistent with our brand voice and tone.
Produce and edit high-quality documentation for products including manuals, help topics, and FAQs.
Independently research, author, and edit white papers and case studies.
Produce and edit high quality web content to be published on blogs, newsletters, and distribution lists.
Follow designs and standards to develop and deliver documentation and suggest improvements.
Measure and optimize program success on an ongoing basis.
Experience and Qualification Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with preference given to English, Social Sciences, Journalism, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
Experience creating and editing diverse content for the web.
Experience with Wordpress and Google Analytics preferred.
