We are seeking a skilled, highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as Training Manager. You will work to develop People & Culture of 7Vals.You will be responsible for identifying new trainings’ needed by employees of 7Vals and ensuring proper implementation of these trainings.
Conduct TNA (Training Need Analysis).
Strategically develops & delivers effective training programs and materials for all levels, making regular modifications to programs where necessary to cater everyone’s need.
Build an in-house learning platform with dynamic curriculum for our resources.
Conducts participant feedback surveys and follow-up studies on all completed training programs in order to evaluate and measure results and draw reports for CEO.
Introduces the latest and most applicable trends in training and development for inclusion in the overall strategy, constantly maintaining and updating training programs, and ensuring an innovative approach within the business.
Able to assess organizational capability needs and provide learning tools and programs that build workforce capability
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in learning and development or organizational development.
Strong leadership qualities with an exceptional ability to speak & train all levels of employees.
In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, e-learning and coaching).
A proven track record of training program & development in a corporate environment.
8 – 10 years of relevant experience in training and facilitation.
