We build cutting edge Cloud-based solutions that are used by over 15000 companies around the world, predominantly in the US, Australia, and Canada. We reach out to them regularly via emails, calls, support guides, blogs, newsletters, and support forums. You will be expected to work US hours in a rotation although you can work the late hours from home. Our primary goal is to maximize the value we provide and back it up with stellar customer support. Our belief is that a value-driven strategy is required for long term growth rather than being solely revenue-driven.

  • Maintains the CEO’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, and conferences.

  • Conserves CEO’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating communications.

  • Format information for internal and external communication – emails, presentations, and reports.

  • Handles telephone answering, responding to queries, and welcoming CEO’s guests.

  • Take minutes during meetings.

  • Represents the CEO by attending meetings in the CEO’s absence and updating with the minutes of the meeting.

  • Review, assess, and monitor follow up action steps on correspondence. 

  • Coordinates events, including meetings, conferences, and seminars.

  • Acts as the point of contact between the CEO, employees, and other external partners.

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.

  • Answers and routes phone calls, mail and e-mail messages and may handle wide-range information dissemination. (if needed)

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Four to Six years of executive assistant experience preferably in the IT industry

  • Experience managing multiple calendars

  • Experience with booking travel
