Front Desk /Floor Manager

We are seeking a responsible, experienced front desk/ floor manager to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for welcoming employees and guests, managing all front-desk duties, and assisting the support staff.

Job Duties:

  • Receive and route phone calls

  • Be a point of contact for employee requests and escalate them as directed

  • Fulfill administrative roles including maintaining logs and inspecting cleanliness.

  • Monitor the front desk and ensure all visitors comply with all security & COVID-related protocols.

  • Ensure availability at the front desk.

  • Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

  • Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

  • Assist the support staff in maintaining the professional and consistent standards expected so as to provide a high level of customer focus to meet the business needs.

  • Any other duties assigned by Line Manager

  • Provide weekly status and overview of activities to line manager

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate or equivalent.

  • Must be conversant with Microsoft Office.

  • Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including spoken English.
