Sales Operations Manager is a technical and strategic role to manage the sales technical stack, manage external integrations and UX to optimize use by a busy sales department. This role teams with marketing, product, development, and customer success departments to help ensure data quality and update systems as new programs require it, while ensuring complete continuity and a great, internal user experience.
Owns the development of custom CRM views and reporting as required by the sales team, marketing team, and management. This is a key role for sales enablement and requires internal "customer" service skills to transform software requirements into great UX.
Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics relevant to their functional areas
Partner with Sales and Marketing departments to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
CRM customization and management experience are required. Zoho experience is a huge plus.
