We are looking for a Manager IT Cloud Systems to support integrations of cloud applicants (Zapier) used across teams (Engineering, Sales, Product, Marketing and Customer Success)

Responsibilities: 

• Understand business requirements by communicating with internal stakeholders spanning across multiple geographies (primarily US and Pakistan) and business teams

• Ability to configure cloud applications for achieving needed outcomes eg, customize forms or create workflows in Zendesk

• Make use of best practices dealing with APIs and systems like Zapier

• Install and configuring apps in cloud systems e.g. installing AssetSonar app from JIRA’s marketplace

• Understand and ensure data integrity when dealing with cloud solutions e.g. Zoho CRM + Zendesk + Gmail + Internal ERP integrations and dataflow

Requirements:

• 2+ years of work experience (senior position available for those with 10+ years of experience)

• BS Computer Sciences or equivalent from an accredited university

• Demonstrable creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Experience working with clients, product, and engineering teams

• Ability to solve technical problems

• Experience in driving partnership/collaboration that resulted in win-win solutions

• Must have strong communication skills.
