Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Design team to learn how to design application interfaces, create components, learn Design Systems and create UI artifacts.

  • Build incredible user experiences on cutting-edge SaaS applications, including projects for new solutions and features in the product

  • Collaborate with fellow designers to research and test design concepts and solicit feedback from customers.

  • Work on responsive design, from the desktop web app, all the way to the mobile app. 

  • Learn and implement best practices in Specs Writing and utilizing tools like Figma and Adobe XD to collaborate with PM, Developers, Marketing, and Customer teams.

  • Be outcome-driven; use data and analytics and customer feedback to understand product engagement and ROI.

  • Complete assigned professional projects, as well as courses and workshops, and present it to the team to become a 7Vals Certified Designer.

Requirements:

  • Recently graduated or up to 18 months of UI/UX Design experience (if you have longer experience, you are welcome to apply for the next level as UX Designer).

  • Knowledgeable and passionate about UX design, defining opportunities to create and improve designs and then solving problems through design.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design concepts

  • Experience with UI design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).  

  • Strong communication skills.  Able to connect with the team and customers through communicating, sketching, and storyboarding your design ideas.

  • Energetic and action-oriented, curious and ready to learn, and driven to get results.
